What this community is
A learning and networking space focused on Microsoft Power Platform, AI and automation. Access is provided through Microsoft Teams as a guest. -
Joining and access
By submitting the form and accepting these Terms you request access as a guest user in our Microsoft tenant. Access is discretionary. We may refuse or remove access at any time to protect members or comply with law. -
Your responsibilities
Be respectful. Protect confidential or personal data. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share. Keep your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old. -
Code of conduct
No harassment or hate speech. No illegal content. No spam or self promotion except in designated areas. No sharing of client secrets or private information. Report issues to the moderators. -
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your posts. You grant Machineium a non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, display and share your posts inside the community and in recordings of community sessions. Do not upload content that infringes third party rights. -
Recordings, screenshots and media
Live sessions may be recorded. By joining you consent to being recorded and to the use of recordings for learning resources within the community. Tell us before a session if you do not wish to appear and keep your camera and mic off. -
Jobs, gigs and placements
Opportunities shared in the community are not endorsements. You are responsible for your own due diligence. Nothing in the community creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship with Machineium unless set out in a separate written contract. -
No professional advice
Content is for education only and is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Decisions you make are your own. -
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the community available but do not guarantee uptime. Features and content may change. We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will post a notice in Teams. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. -
Privacy and data
We process your name, email and details you submit to create a guest account, manage access, run sessions and share updates. Lawful basis is legitimate interests and, for email updates, consent. Data may be stored in Microsoft 365 and related services. We keep your data while you are a member and for up to 12 months after. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us. Acceptable use of Microsoft Teams
You must follow Microsoft’s terms and not attempt to bypass security. We may remove access if your account is compromised or misused. -
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability to you for any loss arising from the community is limited to £50. -
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Machineium for claims arising from your unlawful content or breach of these Terms. -
Termination
You can leave at any time. We may revoke access at any time. We may keep minimal audit records after termination as required by law. -
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
